More than a dozen agreements were signed or announced during the Startup Village event, including MOU between Skolkovo Technopark and its Brazilian colleague TECNOPUC.
TECNOPUC is the Science and Technology Park of PUCRS – Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. The goal of TECNOPUC is to establish a community of interdisciplinary research and innovation through academic-industrial-government collaborations, to improve their competitive position in the world and enhance the quality of life of their communities.
In the framework of Skolkovo Technopark delegation visit to Brazil in April 2015 it was decided to launch networking process and to sign an MOU as a first step to further fruitful cooperation. Skolkovo has appreciated an opportunity to sing that MOU within the biggest event Startup Village.
Skolkovo relations with Brazil are very young, but there are already some benefits from this collaboration. Skolkovo main goal is to develop cooperation and implement agreement in order to promote the technologies of the Skolkovo residents on foreign markets and attract foreign SMEs to Skolkovo.
We are eager to develop and intensify interaction with such a friendly member of IASP family!
