PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Foresight Science and Technology Incorporated, a global consultancy with operations in metropolitan Boston and San Francisco plus Oxford England, Singapore, and Santiago, Chile signed a Memorandum of Understanding on November 2, 2012 with the Skolkovo Technopark (Moscow, Russia) to provide commercialization services to companies located in Russia’s premier tech park. The services to be provided will include market research, licensing, and product sales globally.
