The founder and president of the Seed Forum, Steinar Korsmo, held a one-day training seminar for the preparation of the Skolkovo Companies for participation in international meetings with investors of the Seed Forum in different parts of the world. The training was held on September 28, 2012 in the Skolkovo Technopark. Following the training, several resident companies of Skolkovo will have the opportunity to present their projects in London, Singapore and Dubai at the international Seed Forum for professional investors in high-tech companies. The Seed Forum is presented in more than 40 countries around the world, where investment forums are organized. More than sixteen thousand professional investors take part in the investment network Seed Forum. Annually about two thousand high-tech startups are nominated, during the entire history of the Seed Forum more than 1,700 companies have successfully attracted funding and have become part of the global alumni organization.
"Skolkovo resident companies have a very high level of training, there are interesting projects, technologies and great potential," says Steinar Korsmo, founder and president of the Seed Forum.
"The key objective of today’s training is to rapidly and efficiently bring the business component in the presentation of Skolkovo Companies to the world standard, which marks most of the communities of professional investors. First, bring to conformity the format of the presentation, work out the logics, which presents the project and the technology" says Aleksander Loktionov, business coach of Skolkovo Technopark and the head of the Russian representation of the Seed Forum.

Using the format of pitch training, business coaches made an excellent outline of the techniques and practice in a simple and accessible format", says one of the participants in the preparatory and final training, Dmitry Gusev, director of marketing for Protection Technology Research, a Skolkovo Company.
The investment forum Seed Forum will be held in Moscow on December 18, 2012. Russian and international investors will be invited to the event to find their new investment opportunities in Skolkovo Companies.
