The Skolkovo Foundation restarts the procedure of new experts’ admission and invites all the interested members of innovation community to participate and to send their applications.
Extension of expert panel is connected with the introduction of the new regulations of cooperation with experts aimed at attracting to Skolkovo project more experts, whose specialization corresponds with the innovation priorities of the Foundation. It is expected that as a result the startups will attract grants more efficiently, the product focus and market entry strategies will become clearer. Moreover, a list of requirements to the candidates became more specific.
We invite Russian and foreign experts to work at the Skolkovo Foundation at the cutting-edge of science and technologies, to choose projects with the highest potential. Grants will be assigned on the basis of their selection. Thus, the existing expert panel actively participated in forming of the Skolkovo’s innovation ecosystem: 200 grants were approved, which totaled more than $300 million said Chief Grant and Expertise Officer Kirill Bulatov.

The Skolkovo Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in September 2010 by the Russian government with an objective to accelerate transformation of Russia from a resource-intensive to an innovation-based economy.
