Nataliia Ruba of the international department of the Cottbus Chamber of Commerce in Germany moderated the event, and Oleg Pertsovsky, the chief operating officer of the energy efficiency cluster at the Skolkovo Foundation opened the session by stating that Skolkovo’s key task is to help companies develop technologies and bring them to market. “Without international cooperation, our projects would not be able to develop on the international market," said Mr. Pertsovsky, "and we aim to increase the portfolio of projects that are ready for international markets. This is important both for developing Russian companies and for German companies. We should expand the formats of these sessions, whether online or offline, to increase the opportunities and the number of participants. I hope that there will be active collaboration and interest in the presentations so that there is bilateral cooperation.”
