The Russian Startup Tour held an event in the Omsk Regional Business Incubator on March 21st of this year, bringing together hundreds of innovators. Among the projects which drew the experts’ attention were ideas for creating medical, social-oriented and educational services, as well as IT projects in the field of transportation systems.


Representatives of state institutions paid particular attention to projects in the field of IT technology such as "Live Academy," a tool to easily create learning media content, and "DAES," an online service that allows students to study theory for driving school over the Internet:

A project by specialists of a children's center that invented a way of doing distance counseling by using art therapy was recognized, along with a number of other projects. In addition, bloggers were most active in coverage of the StartUp Tour during the leg of the tour in Omsk.

According to the Omsk Regional Business Incubator, Projects were also recognized of individual entrepreneur Albert Amelitskogo, as well as the Industrial Geodetic Systems project.
