A delegation of Skolkovo Foundation representatives headed by Vice President for Government and Public Relations Stanislav Naumov will take an active part in the key events of the Fifth Pacific Economic Congress.
In particular, the Skolkovo Foundation in conjunction with Far Eastern Federal University, and with the support of the Far East Territorial Development Agency and the Foundation Center for Strategic Research North-West, will hold a public discussion on the topic The Innovation Entrepreneur in Russian Society: Who Will Pay the Cost of Socialization? The event will be held on 10 September from 2.00 to 4.00 pm in the Conference Hall of Far Eastern Federal University (12 Mordovtseva Street, 3rd floor, Vladivostok).
During the discussion, Denis Kovalevich, executive director of the Skolkovo Foundation’s Nuclear Technology Cluster, will act as an invited expert on the unique features of the Russian innovation environment, the lack of demand for innovation and innovation entrepreneurship, new requirements for the quality of human capital and working conditions for innovation entrepreneurs. Other discussion participants will include Director of Tikhookeanskaya Upravlyayushchaya Kompaniya (Pacific Management Company) and Far Eastern Federal University Deputy Provost for Science and Innovation Andrei Kosolapov. The moderator is Deputy Director of the Institute of Philosophy of the RAS and Aide to the Director General of State Corporation Rosatom Petr Shchedrovitsky.
