The Development Foundation of the Center for Development and Commercialization of New Technology (the "Skolkovo" Foundation) is engaged with the development of a unique innovation centre, the goal of which is to provide favourable conditions for the innovative process: scientists, engineers, and businessmen, together with the participants of educational groups will work on the creation of world-class, competitive, high-tech projects along five directions.

Independent, external experts of the Foundation have professional experience and scientific knowledge, which are extremely important for assessing projects of the Foundation: these experts participate in the selection of the best innovative projects, the support of which is one of the key missions of the Foundation.
There are two types of expertise: for the status of resident of Skolkovo and for grant applications. The main difference is that expertise for grants requires answering more questions and requires more detailed commentary; expertse for status is simpler.
Those wishing to become experts of the Foundation can find here an application form, which is required for building the personal expert profile in the database of the Expert panels. The last point of the document asks for information about practical experience in the last 10 years, and also concrete information about at least 3 of the expert's publications in the last 5 years (if the expert has published).
