As the first education, he is Engineer-constructor of automatic systems of management, he is author of two inventions, more than 20 rational proposals. As an engineer he took the participation in development of medical devices. As the second education he is certified economist-valuer of biasness, intellectual property and non-material actives; he has more than 20-year experience of management of biasness projects.
