MD, PhD, professor, He is author of more than 250 articles in field of cardiology, psychology, preventive medicine. He was the coordinator of All-Union cooperative program for hypertension control on work-place. These program was done by 27 Medical research structures from 23 cities of Soviet Union and showed the possibility to decrease stroke morbidity and mortality at 47 – 48%, cardiovascular mortality at about 20%, and any cause mortality at about 16%.
