For effective work on the diagnosis and monitoring of various patients us with the support the charity Fund of Charles Wolfson was a survey of 500 patients with different pathology. As a result we have received the profiles of different diseases and group models to calculate various indicators. On the basis of these data it is possible to build a broader system of diagnostics and monitoring of the 20 most common disease. The work in this direction is actively continued. The main task at this point is to create a flexible system of server support and improve the accuracy of the indicators.
