The Skolkovo Mobile Tech Hub is holding a lecture and master-class!

 

Main themes:

  • What kind of team do you need to launch a product successfully?
  • A startup's founder as the foundation for HR branding
  • What proportions should material and non-material motivation take?
  • Does the startup grow the team, or does the team grow the startup? Should the team be changed in the project's growth phase?
  • Headhunting

 

Format: open lecture and master-class (open to allcomers).

 

Speaker:

Ekaterina Gavrilova, the founder of HR agency Digital HR. DigitalHR clients include startups with developed business models, large Internet projects, and companies with programming departments that research applications. Clients include Rambler&Co, BlaBlaCar, TopDelivery, Coub и many more.
