A visiting session of the Skolkovo Foundation Council will take place in Paris on 3 October 2011 under the chairmanship of Viktor Vekselberg and Craig Barrett.

Taking part in the Council will be:

• Viktor Vekselberg, head of the Supervisory Committee of Renova Group and President of the Skolkovo Foundation
• Craig Barrett, ex-head of the Intel corporation
• Anatoly Chubais, Director General of the Russian Nanotechnologies Corporation (ROSNANO)
• Alexander Galitsky, managing partner of Almaz Capital Partners
• Anatoly Alexandrov, Rector of the N.E. Bauman Moscow State Technical University
• Martin Bouygues, joint owner of the French industrial group Bouygues
• Peter Löscher, President and Chairman of the Board of Siemens AG
• Vagit Alekperov, President of LUKOIL

The meeting of the Council will hear reports by the Skolkovo Foundation leadership on progress in implementing the construction plan, on expenditure in 2011, and on progress in the work at the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology.
