Anton Skibin was born in Moscow 1980.
In 2002 graduated from Moscow State University with a specialist degree in Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics, and in 2006 received my PhD degree in R&D Project Management.
In 2000-2002 worked at Russian project management consulting firm. From 2002 till 2006 implemented several IT projects for nuclear energy plants as the Project manager in Rosenergoatom IT integrator. In 2007-2009 headed Project management office in advertising company developing and implementing innovative digital outdoor media. From 2009 till 2011 was in charge of PM methodology development and launch of Project Management Office of R&D at United engine corporation (Rostec). In 2011 worked in project management office of Presidential commission for modernization.
From 2012 - Project manager, head of energy sector in Energy Efficiency Cluster of Skolkovo Foundation.
