Among the clients and partners of Skolkovo are Top10 Russian and foreign banks.
Mr. Novikov is a leader of Skolkovo Fintech Club with 50 mature startups and total annual revenue - $77M in 2018.
Pavel Novikov launched Skolkovo Blockchain Center in 2016, which was named Russia’s best centre of excellence in blockchain technologies according to the Russian Association of Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain for its contribution to the development of blockchain ecosystem in Russia in 2018 (21 startups and more than $15M of investments).
Mr. Novikov is a member of Expert Council for financial markets in State Duma and Center of competence in regulatory (fintech group) based on Skolkovo. Pavel is a member of Advisory board of tech startups: Talkbank, Shield and Loyken by Cardsmobile.
