Daria Iakovishina

Work

iBinom, researcher.

In our team we aim to create a medical application for the exome analysis. I work on the development of new features, such as copy number variation detection, generalization of the disease databases, association of the symptoms with corresponding variants, identification of the best enrichment based on the symptoms, development of methods for determining the smart coverage, sanger confirmation on bio-informatics level. Also I am responsible for creating clinical reports in collaboration with the medical doctor.

Talks and presentations
