Holds master degrees (2005) from Moscow institute of physics and technology (in computer science and control in social and economic systems) and New economic school, Moscow (in corporate finance).
In 2005-2007 as a project leader in Russian consulting company executed more than 10 projects on improving of operational efficiency for major Russian industrial companies (SIBUR, Rusal e.t.c.) In 2007 joined Gazprom neft as a head of performance management project office being responsible for corporate KPI system, establishing benchmarking process between Russian oil&gas majors and wide scale of projects on improving operational and organizational efficiency. In 2012 was a major developer of Gazprom neft innovation program (till 2020) for upstream.
