Dear Colleagues!

As you know, per Dr. Vekselberg's instructions we are organizing an event for the head of foreign embassies' economic and scientific sections on the 21st of may this year in the Hypercube. This meeting will be attended by top diplomats who will be forming the impression whether "Skolkovo" is something to consider and write home about. This event is therefore politically significant and may positively or adversely affect the opinion of foreign companies' and researchers on the prospect of collaborating with thus.

It is therefore important that we pay this event the attention it deserves. We suggest that cluster heads go themselves and form the backbone of the event pursuant to the very short overview if the Foundation; they will be joined by an officer from SkTech, Technopark and the Intellectual Property Service who each will loan their insight. This event will run over a total of three hours, including the coffee-break time, and will feature extensive questions-and-answers section. We also believe that it would benefit if we are able to present serveral companies that have already achieved success with our help.
