Dear Skolkovo project participants,

During the last decade Vietnam’s economy has been growing significantly, and the country welcomes foreign investments and the creation of joint enterprises. Vietnam is a WTO member and places emphasis on the development of innovations, having a goal of modernizing its economy.

At the end of October, Vietnam will host the international conference of the Asian Science Park Association (hereinafter the “ASPA”), which will give you a unique opportunity to see the innovation ecosystem of the region and to establish business contacts. The conference will be organized in collaboration with Saigon Hi-Tech Park, which is one of the two high-tech parks in Vietnam and is also among the top five economic projects in the region.

Participants can depart from Ho Chi Minh City on any convenient flight.

Participation fee 

5,000 rubles + 18% VAT per participant, including: 

• Participation in the trip program.
• Participation in ASPA conference program (http://aspa2012.hcm.gov.vn).
• Transportation according to the common program.
• Russian-speaking interpreter during the common program. Please bear in mind that during the conference program and at all visits English will be used.

Costs covered independently by companies: 

• Flight to Ho Chi Minh City and back.
• Hotel accommodations. Recommended hotel is the Rex Hotel (www.rex.com.vn) or any other hotel located nearby.
• Transfer from/to airport
• Transportation according to individual program, e.g. individual meetings.

For an additional fee:

• Arrangement of individual negotiations according to your needs: one meeting – 30.00 USD. Meetings cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the complexity of your request and the interest of your potential partners.
• Interpreter: 4 hours – 50.00 USD.
• Excursion to Mekong Delta (Saturday) – 49.00 USD. 

Russian citizens do not need a visa for this trip.
